Information Technologists at Heart.
Mission Driven Investors by Choice.

~ manifesto ~

|| WE ARE MISSION DRIVEN INVESTORS. FOUNDERS' MOTIVATION IS A CRITICAL ELEMENT THAT CAN BIAS US FOR OR AGAINST AN INVESTMENT. ||

We support purpose-driven entrepreneurs operating at the intersection of HARD PROBLEMS, FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES, INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, LARGE MARKETS, and EFFICIENT BUSINESS MODELS. We seek ‘disruptive innovation’  - innovation that can shape the economic behavior of customers, force existing industry structure to evolve and enable new large markets to emerge.

We believe that motivation of the entrepreneurs is the most important factor in every successful innovation. Entrepreneurs who are driven by the magnitude of positive impact of their idea can have, stand a higher chance of succeeding. For a startup to be an outlier, entrepreneurs need to trust their intuition first, before others can - that they are working on a big and empowering idea. In addition, entrepreneurs need heavy doses of self determination to go above and beyond during the toughest times if they want to build a lasting startup than can truly transform industries and societies.

We selectively partner with such entrepreneurs - those who IDENTIFY IMPOSSIBLE CHALLENGES and ENGINEER EPIC SOLUTIONS. We aspire to find such motivated entrepreneurs and partner purpose driven teams that can educate us on their vision, influence our beliefs, and convince us to be a part of their grand journey.

~ operating principle ~

|| We Run Deep. We Run Silent. ||

We are cognizant that it is not our job to predict and create the future, rather to search for those bright individuals who are building and creating the future with great personal sacrifices in the unknown alleys of various innovation hubs. With due respect to their endeavors, we make an all-out effort to remain away from limelight and stay true to the craft of investing other people's capital in other people's ideas by diligently following a set of non-negotiable operating principles of being focused, collaborative and humble.
